Does Dallas Diamond Bar ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world via Insured Next Day Air Fedex. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Can you ship my item to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, but you must be present to sign for delivery.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes you may! If you would like to place an order by phone, please call 469-363-3109 during business hours.

Payment Information

What types of payments do you accept?
Dallas Diamond Bar accepts all major credit cards. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle as well as Bank Wire Transfer. 
Is Buying Online Safe?
We use state-of-the-art encryption software to ensure that all transactions on our site remain safe and secure. The personal information collected during sales is only used for the purposes of billing, shipping, and verification; we value our customers’ privacy and will never share their information with advertisers or anybody else.

Orders and Returns

How can I get my jewelry insured against loss or theft?
We do not sell jewelry insurance, but we recommend www.jewelersmutual.com for jewelry insurance.
Do you resize the ring if I have a problem with its size? If yes, what are the charges for the same?
Yes, we will resize the ring free of charge within 100 days of purchase. We can typically re-size rings up to two sizes up or down. Please note that eternity ring designs cannot be re-sized. Any additional re-sizing will be a $65 fee (shipping not included.)
Will I be charged sales tax on my DallasDiamondBar.com purchase?
All orders within the state of TX are subject to 8.25% sales tax. If your order is being shipped outside of the state of Texas, you will not be charged sales tax.
What is your return policy?
You may return items purchased in-store or online for an exchange towards in-stock items (of equal or greater value) within 14 days of the receipt of the item(s). No refunds. Special orders, custom orders, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable and considered a Final Sale. Transactions with trade-ins are non-returnable and considered a Final Sale. Items must be returned by the purchaser in their original, unused, saleable condition (with no alterations, including sizing or engraving) in original packaging with receipts, paperwork, documentation, watch links, etc. Shipping costs are not refundable. If my order is shipped outside of the US, will there be fees, duties, or taxes?
The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, either the carrier or customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.
Do you offer a warranty?
Dallas Diamond Bar offers a 1 year warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. 
Is all carat weight the same?

Diamond weight is approximate based on standard ring size. Subject to change with increase or decrease in sizing.
